El secreto del bosque

Hardly anyone knew the Moreña forest like Carolina, which is why she discovered the perfect place so they wouldn't find her when they played hide-and-seek. The day she decided to use it, she disappeared. No one ever saw her again. Thirty-six years later, a violent storm washes up several human remains on the beach. The head of the Madrid Police Forensic Department, and Carolina's brother, wants to know if any of those bones belong to the lost girl. Therefore, he sends Estefanía Román to find out. Estefanía has lived a few turbulent months after losing her son and seeing how, by surprise, her first novel has become a success. The assignment from her boss seems ideal to return to work after a leave of absence. However, the mysterious aura that surrounds Moreña complicates the investigation as she could never imagine.
