The Hispanic world has been engaged in a cultural war for centuries that it has not been able to confront and, yet, more than twenty countries share the same language and the same cultural coordinates. With this essay, Alberto G. Ibáñez delves into the reasons and gets to the core of the problem to stir consciences and change the reigning paradigms. The main thesis of the work is to explore the idea that the Empire that succeeded the Roman Empire was not the Germanic Empire but the Holy Roman Hispanic Empire (SIRH).
