Elías is a serious and intransigent man, but fair. He is also, according to the general opinion of those around him, boring, arrogant and picky. He is also the owner of a prosperous equestrian school, the father of a complicated teenager -and much more problematic than she lets him see- and a widower for three years. He is lonely, but that is something he is determined to fix. Beth is distant, elusive, and somewhat cynical. And she keeps a secret that conditions her relationship with men. A secret that frightens her and arouses a suspicion: she is not like other women. She is "broken". Something that has become clear to her after a bitter relationship that has also made her see that her ideal state -at least for her- is singleness. And so she is determined to continue forever and ever, amen. The problem is that Elijah is interested in Beth. And he is even more stubborn than her. And, in addition to being arrogant, he is attractive, charismatic and insistent. And, in addition, he kisses wonderfully.
