In a village in recession in the mountains of Norway, Roy leads a simple and quiet life. But one day his little brother comes to visit accompanied by his wife Shannon, a glamorous architect. As a child, Roy protected him, but now it seems that Carl is no longer someone as helpless as before, nor as angelic as he seems.
