A child plays in a square in the center of Barcelona, kicking a red ball. Due to his mother's carelessness, the child disappears. Where has he gone? Has it been lost or has someone taken it? Daniel lacks the resources that other children of the same age in a similar situation have. Children who would be able to ask for help in a city where a thousand dangers lurk. Daniel is alone, completely alone. Soon Inspector Tedesco, motivated by a personal interest, tries to track down the lost child. What he does not know is that this case, apparently unique and isolated, will confront him with an organized criminal plot responsible for more child abductions.
