El mentiroso

A man wakes up in an abandoned factory. He is stunned and bloodied and next to him is a stone with traces of blood. A few meters away lies a stranger, dead. In panic, the man runs away in his van, which he finds parked outside the factory. Nervous, he leaves the road at the first corner, the vehicle overturns and he is unconscious again.
