The leader in a new world tries to take a picture of the world we are facing after the covid-19 pandemic and the return of the war in Europe. The world definitively changes the century and the phase through the acceleration imposed by these disruptions. The development, production and learning processes must become agile and continuous cycles, transforming the uncertain into a certainty and a resource. Andrés Raya also tries to outline an analysis of the consequences of questioning the social, economic and geopolitical balances that seemed crystallized, based on the idea that the world will have to learn to take advantage of the enormous opportunities of the digital revolution, but it will only be able to solve its contradictions and risks if it puts the human factor at the center of the equation. Ultimately, in this change of era, the protagonists will not be technologies but people, who will have to find a new way to rebuild and strengthen the relationships on which all societies and organizations are based.
