El jardín de las brujas
Tahoces, Clara
There is a legend in Clara's family: a curse stalks the lives of all its members. When she decides to investigate the unknown origin of this dark heritage, she embarks on a quest that will take her back to the 18th century and the history of her ancestor, the IX Duchess of Osuna. Shadowed by the death of several of her children, the Duchess takes refuge in the design of her garden on the outskirts of the capital: El Capricho. In addition, she will commission six of her darkest paintings from Goya, which she will exhibit in her private rooms. Clara begins to investigate the relationship of her ancestor with magic and mystery, discovering that only in her private garden can the keys to know her world and her history be hidden. Clara Tahoces introduces us to a fascinating world through this story in which she investigates the history of her own family. A mystery that survives through the centuries, it shows us that only in the place where reality and fiction meet can the best stories come to light.
