El infinito no cabe en un junco

Clavería, Carlos

Does founding a library exonerate the tyrant of his tyranny? Does providing the National Library of Spain with a crippling budget exonerate the Democrat of hypocrisy? What this pamphlet proposes is very simple: reflect on whether the human being, in addition to being the creator of the book as a concept and object, is also its main cause of destruction. In other words, the world that revolves around people who say they love books -contrary to what is usually claimed- is not always the Eden of generosity, virtue, altruism, liberality, respect for the defeated or to the text, nor to the dissenting reader or author.
