El graal de Montserrat
Hernàndez Cardona, Francesc Xavier
The Grail, the cup in which Jesus drank at the Last Supper, has been one of the most coveted mystical objects by governments, archaeologists, and religious. Among them, Adolf Hitler, who had driven a tenacious search around the planet to get supposedly magical or supernatural pieces. The goal was for the Third Reich to last a thousand years, as the Grail is believed to grant immortality. And all the clues led the Nazis to Catalonia, where the descendants of Jesus could have lived and where the Holy Cup could be hidden. But in the destroyed, defeated and humiliated Catalonia of 1940, under the clutches of the new Francoist rulers, there are still those who - like Emili Galera and other clandestine republicans - will oppose the fascist forces to prevent the Grail from ending up in Heinrich's hands. Himmler, who will travel to Montserrat to seize it. Not knowing that in Barcelona his life will be in serious danger.
