El evolucionismo

¿de dónde viene el "Homo sapiens"?

Franco, Agustín

This book deals with the evolution of life on our planet, with special emphasis on our species. It focuses on many of the questions that have been a constant in the reflections that, as thinking beings, we humans have not stopped asking ourselves. However, the incessant appearance of new evidence makes it very difficult to take a "still picture" of something so complex. For this reason, this book is nothing more than that: an attempt, certainly imperfect, to review certain evidence and reflections, trying to imagine what our origins were like and the reason why an apparently fragile being has been able to alter the environment in a way no other known species has managed to do. Some personal reflections have been incorporated into the work that are clearly separated from the scientific sources consulted, but which we hope will be of interest to anyone who tries to find those "whys" of things. Reflecting on life and evolution is something exciting that never ceases to amaze.
