El discurso del odio
Carlson, Caitlin Ring
This book aims to shed light on the complicated phenomenon of hate speech from a perspective that encompasses both the legal issues and the conflicts and debates it raises in our digital society. To do this, the problem is analyzed in depth and two of its dimensions that are currently most pressing are assessed: the growing presence of hate speech among young people who participate in educational environments, on the one hand, and, on the other, its complex dissemination through social networks and the media. Finally, a chapter is dedicated to the immediate future and to those ideas, initiatives and attitudes that can contribute to combating not only hate speech itself, but also its spread and its negative effects on society.
