El cocinero del Alcyon
Camilleri, Andrea
A worker appears hanged in the middle of the work and Montalbano and his men come to the scene. The person responsible for the dismissal of the unfortunate and owner of the bankrupt shipyard is Giovanni Trincanato, a shady business guy without scruples or manners who soon arouses the antipathy of the commissioner. At the same time, the Alcyon appears in the port of Vigatà, a luxurious schooner with hardly any passengers and very few crew members, but with a stern capable of receiving a helicopter. When Montalbano discovers the link between the shipyard foreman and the mysterious vessel, his suspicions grow that something shady is being orchestrated.
