A tremendous outbreak of supernatural activity causes protests across London. There are reports of new haunted houses, such as one where bloody footprints are appearing, or a shop with strange sounds and shadowy figures. But ghosts seem to be the least of the problems for the members of the Lockwood Agency, as assassins attack during a carnival downtown. Will the team be able to put aside their personal problems to save everyone, or will their arguments make the situation worse?
