El aviador

El aviador

Fortea, Carlos

London, 1940. During the harrowing year in which World War II hostilities break out, with the fall of France and the bombing of London, several characters struggle with their own memories of Spain: a Francoist air general, an exiled poet, an intellectual from the Madrid bourgeoisie, a railroad worker and a piano teacher. And they also face a past punctuated by the development of a new technical world, focused especially on the airplane, and a new social and political world full of uncertainty.
