Minnie Sloe and her sisters know what it's like to grow up without parents and have an eccentric life. And they also know what it's like to have an artist mom, who has her ups and downs when it comes to mental health. But when her mother disappears, Minnie, who was supposed to follow in her footsteps, begins to see the world in one color. Literally. So how can you create art when everything is black and white? As grief over the loss of her mother threatens to tear the three sisters apart, Minnie realizes she could lose everything: her family, her future, her first love...and even her mental health. Perhaps, literally, she will follow in the footsteps of her mother.
