Letty is a cowardly and pusillanimous dragon who is also unemployed and homeless. Victor, a disreputable vampire real estate agent, replaces Dearia and takes the role of guide on the house-hunting journey. Unfortunately, all the properties they visit have some kind of defect and, on top of that, Victor tries to force Letty to sign the purchase or rental contracts... The hapless group of heroes, for their part, are also looking for a base.
