This work constitutes an essential practical tool for the preparation of the selection processes for the various bodies of the Spanish prison staff. It consists of 1,040 TEST-type questions with four alternative answers, only one being the correct one, as happens in the official exam. Taking into account that in this selective process the wrong answers penalize by discounting a third of the value of the correct answer, it is essential not only to know the Law and the Regulations, but also to have a refined technique to solve this type of questionnaires In order to facilitate the analysis of the questionnaires, the answers are offered citing the reference precept, so this book is definitely a fundamental work.
