Diccionario jurídico satírico
las palabras del Derecho, definidas del revés
Ezeizabarrena, Xabier
Offhand, a wheel of recognition can become a true "criminal casting", before an inmate is defined as a "two-syllable word lacking freedom." There are those who, in reconciliation, observe a "pending hug" and in the "ratio decidendi" of a lawsuit "the central argument of a sentence hidden among the remaining foliage". Not to mention the policy, which becomes a "contract that may not insure anything" or even polygamy, well understood as a "diversified love investment." Some concepts are allegedly complex, such as the Terrestrial Maritime Public Domain, compared to the colloquial simplicity of any "coast", before addressing the severe excommunication, defined as "maximum foul or penalty dropped from the sky." Also watch out for the guarantor, as they are usually "people who guarantee something, which you should not trust". And when it comes to an exemplary procedure, let us avoid the perfidious "diligence of the good father of the family", the diligence of any mother being always preferable. This dictionary turns the words of the Law upside down, through satire and spontaneous turning to hundreds of terms. It will certainly not be useful for learning law, but it will be useful for throwing a laugh into the wind at the expense of our complex and disfigured legal system.
