Devastación

In a village devastated by the plague, Agnès supernaturally survives a plague that has ended all traces of life. As the corpses pile up around her and fear and despair increase, she is in charge of keeping everything running with apparent normality. One day, and after leaving the body of her sister in the mass grave, she meets Giles, who is about to share with Agnès the hopelessness and pain that mourning leaves behind. Together they manage to defy death with love and, in the midst of those small hope gaps that they create in intimacy, they share their fears about what seems to be the end of the world.
