This work contains an updated and systematized exposition of the different processes contemplated by the LEC, which examines the procedures through which the ordinary declaratory processes (ordinary trial and verbal trial), the special declarative processes (monitoring process) are developed. , exchange proceedings, marriage proceedings...) and, finally, the execution processes (monetary execution, non-monetary execution, mortgage foreclosure...), both in the first instance and in subsequent appeals (appeal, cassation, actions review and termination). Likewise, the study of the different budgets of said processes (jurisdiction, judicial jurisdiction, capacity and nomination), their possible prior actions (preliminary proceedings, advance evidence...), precautionary measures and other institutions related to civil processes ( forms of abnormal termination, res judicata, procedural costs...).
