Dark Lullaby

An infertility crisis is ravaging the world, the last natural birth occurred more than twenty years ago and now the only way to conceive is to undergo painful fertility treatment. Every newborn is strictly monitored, and if you are declared unfit as a parent, then the baby will be taken from you. After witnessing various struggles to conceive -and later, retain custody of the babies-, Kit had made up her mind not to have children. But one day she meets Thomas and together they have a girl, Mimi. Very soon the small mistakes accumulate and Kit must face the possibility of losing her daughter, and consider how far she will be able to go to keep her family together.
