D'un silenci antic i molt llarg
Premi de Narrativa Antoni Bru Ciutat d'Elx
Lozano, Urbà
Of an ancient and very long silence is the chronicle of two generations of Alginet deeply marked by the Civil War. On the one hand, the Sabin family, from the Basque Country, who arrives as section chief of the Republican side's arms factory established in the town. On the other, that of Santiago, a seminarian forced to flee for fear of reprisals. Two plot lines that will continue to unravel and intersect with the background of a war confrontation that affected those who lived through it, but also the descendants, up to the fourth generation.
