CYPECAD MEP allows us to apply current regulations in the world of construction in a progressive, didactic way and in the most efficient way possible. That is why it is the indisputable reference in many countries in the performance design of buildings and in the resolution of the necessary endowments. This volume is an ambitious proposal that covers the calculation, dimensioning and verification of the facilities of a small typical city building, solved step by step, based on practically zero knowledge and all within a collaborative BIM process, we have started it. or not. The order of the chapters and their contents are the product of a didactic conception: what needs to be done is explained at all times. Thus, this work provides a suitable syllabus for courses of any level and duration: university, advanced training and courses for workers or the unemployed. The exercises are an effective aid supplement for the teacher. This book also includes applied teaching of the latest versions of the Technical Building Code and the regulations for gas, telecommunications and electricity supplies, among others.
