Coraline
Gaiman, Neil

(il.)
The day after moving in, Coraline explores the fourteen doors to her new home. Thirteen can be opened normally, but the fourteenth is closed and bricked up. When she finally manages to open it, she finds Coraline in a secret passage that leads to another house so similar to hers that it is chilling. Although there are some differences that strongly demand your attention: the food is richer, there are some incredible toys and, above all, another mother and another father who want you to stay with them, become their daughter and never leave. She soon discovers that behind the mirrors there are other children who have fallen into the trap. They are lost souls and Coraline is her last hope, the only one who can save them.
