In a moment of disenchantment with "traditional" education, and in the face of the ever-widening range of innovative offerings, too often conditioned by marketing or fashions, parents and educators alike have enough reason to feel lost. The classrooms have always been the battlefield of the political powers, and for a few decades also of some economic powers as a control tool at the service of their changing interests. The absence of reflection about the aims of education has given way to the occurrences of educational gurus who are allowed to play with a reality as transcendent as school.
