Como hacer una demanda (y algunas cosas más)

One of the fundamental objectives of this work, which reaches its eighth edition, is to try to teach how to write writings related to judicial processes. It is not a book of forms, although it contains a chapter dedicated to civil procedural models and another to criminal procedural models. Throughout the various chapters that make up the work, each of the parts and elements that make up the body of the writings both on the part of the judicial body are broken down, explaining the reason for each of them. The intended result is that the reader, after reading it, will be able to write, not a specific document, but any procedural document. Designed for students of any type of legal studies, the work is equally useful for novice lawyers or, simply, for anyone interested in preparing a letter for a court. The work is completed with the two indicated forms, some references to the oral proceedings and a vision of the most common civil and criminal processes in the form of diagrams.
