I'm Nina Olsson, I'm a cook and I've had a Swedish restaurant in Barcelona for fifteen years called Pappa Sven, the only one in Spain. After these years cooking Nordic cuisine, I now want to put on your table the typical and traditional dishes of Sweden through the recipes that have been in my family for generations. You will discover an extraordinary cuisine through elaborations and memories that will transport you to Sweden. My grandmother was a great cook and she has always been my inspiration since she was a child. She meant to me everything that authentic traditional Swedish cuisine is, and her cooking is the inspiration for a large part of the recipes in my restaurant, and that I have wanted to capture in this book so that everyone can prepare them at home, together with anecdotes and stories about Swedish dishes, culture and traditions.
