Guillermo has everything to be happy: a wonderful wife, a charming son, a well-paid job, a chalet on the outskirts of Madrid and two dogs. But he is getting bored. After the death of his mother, he begins to go through his particular forties crisis and tries to fill that void in the town sports center, until one day he joins a board game club, and there he meets K. K is a man vulgar but magnetic that a peculiar company proposes to him: to design a brilliant, different, unique game... They establish a strange friendship and what begins as something ludic turns into an emotional escalation, full of adrenaline; a one-way trip into danger that can only end in disaster.
