Something very bad is happening in Vatican City. Something that the inhabitants of Rome talk about in low voices. The most sacred place for the Catholic Church has been invaded by visions, vivid nightmares, blasphemous apparitions, and strange phenomena that are increasingly more intense. Furthermore, a strange perpetual storm that no meteorologist in the world can explain has spread over the place, condemning it to eternal darkness. In a church in crisis, with a Pope who, to make matters worse, seems to be going crazy for unknown reasons, Amadeo Loquasto, the papal camerlegno, right arm of the Holy Father, joins forces with Livio Contrito, official doctor of the papacy, to find a solution to something that They do not understand nor can they control, but it gets worse with each passing day. So much so that several bishops residing in the place have begun to commit suicide in a chain.
