Piñeiro, Antonio
Santiago de Compostela, 1970s. The university revolts are boiling. One of the police raids against the rally of students trying to sneak into the alleys of the old part is about to end. The gates of the historic center are locked and the enclosure ready. A group of students attend the denouement from their bar table in front of the Mamma Door. Alaín, the inspector they all know, emerges from the vicious, angry van. Something happened in the hours before. Old affairs and pending accounts are once again emerging in this atmosphere of revolt and uncertainty, as the country declines for a new time. Little does the inspector imagine what he will find behind the investigation he is doing on one of the insurgent groups operating in the city, in an exciting ending to the novel.
