Bruna Brown

Bruna is a girl from Barcelona, a lover of order, an introvert, who hides a lot of insecurities. The day he has to take the first selectivity test, he suffers a panic attack caused by the fear of failing. This fact drives her to make a life-changing decision: to move to England to work as an au pair. In Birmingham, she has some painful experiences and some liberating experiences, she surrounds herself with people who enter her small world with intensity, she learns to overcome obstacles and she stops running to start making her own decisions. The novel honestly talks about such important topics as adolescent mental health, family and friendship relationships, the discovery of sexuality, youthful precariousness, and gender-based violence.
