Far from being a doctrinal study of the new law that regulates emerging companies (startups) in our country, this work aims to offer the reader an approach to it from an eminently practical approach. The work provides an orderly vision of the consequences of the norm in order to overcome its deficient systematic, motivated by the large number of norms that it affects.
