You are not the center of the universe, nor are all your dreams going to come true. Forget the bullshit of self-help books and cheap gurus who try to make you believe that "if you want, you can"; of the crypto bros that will make you a millionaire without working and of those who tell you to be your own boss while they record themselves in the pool at their parents' house. Here you will not find magic recipes or the five steps you have to follow to BE HAPPY. I leave that to those who want to take advantage of you. In this book I am going to tell you what real life is for me, without sweeteners or added sugars; the fucking (and wonderful) fight you have to fight every day to be able to enjoy and fulfill yourself. Life will give you a good somanta of hosts, that's inevitable, but it's up to you to get up and continue fighting. It's worth it, I assure you.
