Asesinato en el campo de golf

Hercule Poirot receives a letter from Paul Renauld, who tells him that he fears for his life and urges him to come to his aid. Thus, together with his friend Captain Hastings, the detective quickly heads to the north of France to provide his services to the new client. However, they arrive too late: Renauld's body lies stabbed in the middle of a golf course. As Poirot investigates the crime scene and possible suspects, he discovers another body murdered in the same manner as the first, and with the same weapon. What do these men have in common? Who has killed them? And why doesn't Poirot stop thinking about a crime committed years ago?
