Aru Shah y la Ciudad Dorada

Aru Shah is unable to remember what wish she made in front of the wishing tree, although she is almost certain that it was not to have a new sister, Kara. But since Kara seems to be the only person capable of helping Aru escape the Sleeper's lair and return home, our heroine has no choice but to trust her. Also, Aru is no longer sure that she wants to fight for the devas in their war against the asuras: the gods are always messing with her. For example: Kubera, ruler of Lanka, the golden city, promises the Pandava sisters two powerful weapons, but only if they pass their tests. If they lose, they will be virtually defenseless against the Sleeper's army, which will soon arrive in Lanka to take over the Afterlife. But the biggest question Aru has is why all the adults she has loved and trusted have failed her. Will she be able to forgive them before facing the battle of her life?
