In this guide we will analyze in detail Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases, with special emphasis on aspects of the latest reform produced by Law 12/2023, of May 24, for the right to housing, through the resolution of practical issues of interest and the analysis of the most relevant jurisprudence. In addition, the rental of housing for tourist use and the applicable sectoral tourism legislation will also be studied in depth. As a novelty of this third edition, a new section of practical cases and new forms adapted to the recent Law for the right to housing have been added.
