Aquell octubre

That October is a lived chronicle that gives voice to all those who made the referendum of October 1, 2017 possible. After conducting more than two hundred interviews and traveling all over the country, in these pages you will find the testimony of different anonymous people who were involved directly or indirectly with 1-O and who, five years later, wanted to narrate their experience. All the interviewees agree in affirming, with pride, that one of the things that makes them most excited is being able to say: "I was there too!". This book is for Maria, Peter, Teresa, Josep, Laia, Albert, that is to say, the 2,300,000 Catalans who went to vote, defended the ballot boxes and ballots and played the leading role in this story which is already part of our individual and collective memory.
