Análisis numérico de ecuaciones diferenciales ordinarias
Arrieta Algarra, José María
Ferreira de Pablo, Raúl
Pardo San Gil, Rosa
Rodríguez Bernal, Aníbal
This book is an introduction to the study of numerical approaches to solutions of ordinary differential equations and their implementation on the computer. It is divided into three parts: the first one dedicated to initial value problems and the second one to contour problems. The final appendices are devoted to complementary theoretical developments, algorithm schematics, and computer practices.; The book begins by clearly presenting the most common methods of numerical resolution of equations. From there, the properties of these methods are studied theoretically and from the beginning you can start implementing the methods on the computer. In this way, it is possible to advance at the same time in both numerical implementation and theoretical development. It is aimed at students of mathematics, science and engineering with basic knowledge of ordinary differential equations and elementary numerical methods. It is a book that supports readings at various levels of depth and can be adapted to different levels of undergraduate studies in science or engineering
