We all dream, we all recognize the stories and images; It is an inevitable and shared action, like breathing, like pissing. A physical action that, in turn, is also a cultural and social construction. Ametsak brings together all the texts of these performances and goes beyond her: she delves into the artist's unspoken notebook, into her unread, unheard dreams, into her last dreams and, inevitably, into the last nightmares of her. Together they compose a book of unexpected poetic force, the entry into the universe of Itziar Okariz: references, family, friends, artistic environment, cities, jobs, tumult, emptiness. These dreams could be diaries, they could be letters, they could be poems, they could be drawings or sheet music. They are only dreams. Material that reveals writing.
