Grumpy Bear is not having the best of times. He was never the life of the party, but now he's really sad. To try to cheer him up, the Minimorts decide to fine all the inhabitants of the Other Neighborhood who say things that are the opposite of cheerful. Despite all the fines, Penoso still does not raise his head. They have to do something else. Pochiña comes up with an idea: organize a contest of comic numbers in which all the inhabitants of the Other Barrio can participate. Whoever wins, the fine will be lifted. Will they make Penoso laugh again?
