At the end of the 3rd century B.C. C., Rome was on the verge of total destruction, about to be annihilated by the Carthaginian armies under the command of one of the best military strategists of all time: Hannibal. His alliance with Philip V of Macedonia, who sought the annihilation of Rome as a State and the division of the known world between the powers of Carthage and Macedonia, constituted an unstoppable force that, if it had achieved its objectives, would have forever determined the future of the West. . But chance and fortune intervened so that things were otherwise. A few years before the outbreak of the bloodiest war that had ever been experienced in Rome, a child was born who was destined to change the course of history: Publius Cornelius Scipio, who will be known as Africanus. Based on the homonymous novel by Santiago Posteguillo, Iván García and Daniel Domínguez -in charge of the illustration and the adaptation of the script, respectively- rework in these pages the adventure of childhood and youth of one of the most influential characters in history.
