Reza, Yasmina
Adam Haberberg is a Parisian writer. He is 47 years old and things are not going very well for him: he is losing the vision in his left eye, his new book is a fiasco, his marriage is on the rocks and his family life is a disaster. The weight of the world crushes him while, sitting on a bench, he contemplates the ostriches at the Jardin des Plantes zoo. However, a ghost from the past makes an appearance: Marie-Thérèse Lyoc, an old classmate from high school. He, in truth, barely remembers her, but she does remember him and as soon as she starts talking about herself there is no one to stop her. She ends up inviting him to dinner at his apartment in a remote Paris suburb. He accepts and will have to listen to the endless vital adventures of this woman from the past, which will only increase her desperation and her megalomania...
