100 dones clau en la història de la ciència i la tecnologia

Over the centuries the role of women in society has been reduced to the care of the family, those who dared to leave this framework were misunderstood and even accused of witchcraft. In many areas they have remained hidden, but in science and technology invisibility has been even more pronounced. Most of the women featured in this compilation have in common the difficulties they experienced in pursuing a career in science. In recent years, some books have been published that have sought to give visibility to many of the women who dared to stand out in some field: political, literary, scientific, artistic..., despite the many difficulties and impediments they encountered. In this collection we have tried to present the lesser known but which have made a major contribution in the scientific and technical fields.
