Elvis and his friend Boris are very interested in knowing the exotic delicacies of the new Chinese restaurant in the city of Icaria: The Fury of the Dragon. Sunte Lee, son of the owners, is his new classmate, and soon establishes friendship with our protagonists, mainly because of his knowledge of martial arts. But soon misfortune looms: the city's dogs begin to disappear, and, of course, urban legends suggest that the Chinese restaurant is behind all this. Elvis and Boris begin an investigation that will lead them to discover the darkest and most surprising secrets of one of the most powerful characters in Icaria.
