This is a book about free wines, without labels. Here you will find wines made by artisans and artisans. Radically natural wines, others that have a minimum of preservatives, the product of different types of agriculture, from distant places, some made with minority varieties and others with well-known grapes. Their wealth is diversity, and the mistake of the industry is to try to classify them.
