Un mal comienzo

"How did you two meet?" It is the question that all couples are asked. And the answer is usually a wonderful story in which they are somehow struck by Cupid's arrow. Let's just say that the way I met my better half isn't so great... just a little different. I was walking through a wealthy neighborhood in Beverly Hills, fantasizing about meeting a man who would allow me to pose as his girlfriend, you know, to make my ex-best friend and ex-boss, who had just fired me, jealous. He, for his part, was turning the corner, furious, like an ogre-a very handsome ogre-muttering under his breath something about a business deal that had gone bad and how he was going to manage to fix it. And that's when we literally collided. There were no sparks. Not even an ounce of attraction.
