Tomie continues to star in stories full of passion, madness, obsession, bizarreness and sordid deaths. A bloody duel against a gloomy medieval armor, cannibalism in caves where snow storms whistle or erotic tree women who live under the waters of a mountain lake are just some of the scenes offered by these seven narratives. Tomie is the common element of the comics in this volume created by Junji Ito whose drawing is becoming more and more exuberant.
