At seventeen, Xochi lives alone in San Francisco, fleeing her painful past: the mother who abandoned her and the man who raped her. One day he meets Pallas, a twelve-year-old girl very mature for her age who lives with her family of rock stars in a Victorian mansion that looks like a fairy tale. Xochi accepts a position as Pallas' resident governess and soon finds her place in the girl's united family nucleus, which is based on the philosophy of free love and camaraderie, and participates with them in parties where the young woman meets. it appears to the world of drugs, sex and alcohol. During the night of the equinox, while having a wild party in the house after a concert, Xochi and Pallas perform a ritual to have fun, but inadvertently invoke a couple of ancestral beings, determined to correct the injustices of Xochi's past.
