Ritos de primavera
Romero Lorenzo, Carmen
Delia is the daughter of a war hero and a woman who betrayed her people for love. She has grown up between secrets and green socks about her family history. Following the death of her mother, she meets Enara, the priestess of an ancient outlawed religion, who offers her the chance to become her apprentice and embark on a journey to resurrect the lost magic of her people. But does she have the right to persecute when her parents swore to destroy magic and the women who practice it? To achieve her goal, Dela and Enara will have to make a pilgrimage through each of the northern regions and renew the goddesses' pact with the earth before the end of spring. However, they will not be able to do it alone. The rite requires the participation of the wise women of each region, practically extinct after the war or living outside their art. During her journey, Delia will unravel the truth about her origins and the woman that she was, her mother, in addition to establishing various alliances and enmities whose roots go deeper than she could have imagined.
